CNC Automatic Centering Boring Machine Model: FT7 is high productivity machine for small to large capacity of cylinder boring work. Designed for all automotive blocks up to big block V10's and big diesel blocks. It was equipped four spindles, boring capacity is 39~180 mm, and can also handle Max. jobs up to 200 mm, if you have such a requirement, we can do special for you. Its complete work head can be moved freely above the floating upper table, quickly move to top of any one cylinder-hole as you want. Four points automatic centering system, make your work fast and precision, repeat centering position accuracy is 0.02 mm. The DRO.of Z axis controls the exact depth of boring work.

1.Automatic Centering, great efficiency, very convenient to operate without professionals, requiring only minimal training.
2.FT7 has the high performance vector control converter, delivering up to 1000 RPM and high torque throughout the speed range, low speed constant torque output, high speed constant power output, stable and reliable.
3.FT7 uses high precision ground ball screw to control feed and uses high precision gear to control centering, repeat center position accuracy is 0.02 mm, boring accuracy is 0.005 mm
4.FT7 has the heavy-duty spindle to ensure enough cutting ability, best possible bore geometry at high speed. The proven spindle gives you a rigid machine capable of heavy cutting, usually, engagement of the cutting edge at one side can reach 2 mm
5.The DRO. & linear scale of Z axis controls the exact depth of boring work.
6.The high speed FT7 can bore a block in half the time that other models of boring machines require. Rebuilding operation of 90° V8's blocks Φ96×180mm Working time is 17 minutes ; Rebuilding operation of 60° V12's blocks Φ82×160mm Working time is 25 minutes. Save your cost too much!
